Cold breakfast.
We were in the area attending an event at a venue nearby and the hotel location was just perfect. The atmosphere was very nice, the desk clerks and other staff were friendly. One of the reasons the hotel was chosen was because it served a 'hot" breakfast. We found that some of the items on the breakfast bar that should have been hot was actually "cold" with no means of heating it once on the plate except to take it back to our rooms. Other than that, the stay was excellent. We rate our stay 4 1/2 stars.
