Friday night I got walked in on while I was naked after I told the housekeeper that I would be there in a minute. I saw through the peephole that she heard me and acknowledged it. I go to the other room to put clothes on and she come in the room to drop pillows off anyway. Therefore making an eye of eye contact while I’m naked so I’m violated. hopefully that room is compensated like the lady at the front desk manager said it would be. then Saturday night they lose power at the hotel through Sunday morning . Our alarm didnt go off due to the power outage so, we missed breakfast that we paid for. I’m sweating and hot had to take a shower that was cold because there was no hot water left. I will never stay at this hotel again they need to fix their management and facility. I am highly disappointed for the amount of money that I spent on this hotel. I feel like I got cheated out of my money.

The overall stay was good but I really wish there was more seating for the continental breakfast. It is difficult to get a seat and your food can be cold by the time you find a seat.

The facility was beautiful. My suite was a real full size suite. I rarely leave a tip for the cleaning staff, but it was so-o-o clean, I felt a tip was warranted. 😊😊

Once i got my key fir my room.had to find the desk attendant bc they didnt write my room nu.ber down. Then i wanted to soak in the tub but couldnt turn the water off bc the handle got stuck and had to wait over an hour for someone to come turn it off. I was not aware of the happy hour pplicy as far as the drink compacity which should have been specified
