I was very surprised on the size of the rooms when we first walked in. It was like having a mini suite and it was nice. The bed and couch were both comfortable. The staff was amazing and the location is great!

I enjoyed the 24/7 food service. The open bar is a novel idea. The staff is very professional and inclusive. They made sure that I was taken care of.

Thanks for your reivew! Sadly, the Hyatt Place standard does not include microwaves in the rooms. We have one available in the lobby, but not the rooms. We look forward to another opportunity to host your stay though!

Room was smoked in

Pros: Didn't
Cons: New management
Checked in at 11:30 pm, got into the room and it had a heavy smell if cigarettes. The desk said that they were full. We had no choice but to stay in it. The next morning I told the front desk again about it and all they could say is sorry about that. A lady that was in the lobby and overheard me tell them, spoke up also said they had given her that room at 5:00 pm and they moved her to another room, so the front desk knew that there was a problem with that room all night long before we checked in. This is not a Hyatt quality hotel by any means. Avoid staying there if you can. Management is all about the revenue and not the customer.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable rate

Pros: Large room and variety of snack items available at front desk.
The hotel was clean and modern. Rooms was comfortable and quiet. Staff was knowledgable and helpful. Free breakfast included freshly scrambled eggs, grits, and a variety of pastries and juices.
