Hotel charlotte

Cons: Send email confirmation and send email week of welcoming them at the hotel
Did not stay here, one they had the wrong date scheduled and two never received email confirmation, forgot where I was staying

Great stay

Close to Concord Mills

Overall a nice room. Pretty view of the area. Close to the mall, 77, and 85. I have a few issues of note. The pillows are not comfortable. Bring your own. There is a lack of sound proofing between the walls. There were hairs on the towels and in the tub. I'm assuming from housekeeping. It was kind of gross. Overall the room fit our needs.
