This place is an absolute dump. Back door was unlocked. Can’t believe Hyatt has there name on this property. We left after seeing the room.

Hallway was littered with trash and food. When we got to our room it was already occupied and looked like a party was going on. The front desk refunded our payment and we went elsewhere.

The normal Hyatt I stay in when I’m in town for work was booked. So I opted to stay here. This was my first and only time I would be staying at this Hyatt I highly do not recommend. The front lobby area looks really nice and well lite. Once you walk back the hallway to get to the elevator it starts to change. There is only one elevator for the hotel. When the elevator doors opened first thing I seen is the missing grab bar that used to be on the wall. I get to the 3rd floor the elevator doors open and it looks rather dark due to poor lighting. The entire hallway is like this which to me makes it seem more like a motel. I get to my room and it looked nice and clean. After walking around in the room a few time I noticed the glue down flooring they have in the kitchen area is warping and becoming separated and loose from water damage. The toilet didn’t sit flush to the floor. So when you sit on it, it rocked from side to side. In order for me to lock my door I had to lift and pull on it to latch. Within 45 minutes of me getting relaxed in my room, the fire alarm goes off. I open my room door to go out to leave and I hear the fire alarm going off however there are no strobe lights flashing, I seen another guest get onto the elevator during this as well. I thought that was really odd as most elevators are shut down when a fire alarm goes off. The fire department had great response time. Four fire trucks showed up within three minutes of the fire alarm going off.
