Stayed due to an unexpected layover in Charlotte. The front desk staff was exceptional. Do kind, helpful, friendly, etc. Nice, clean, comfy bed!

Very convenient location to CLT airport. Shuttle is offered, but plenty of taxi’s if you do not want to wait around to be picked up ($15). Breakfast and dinner offered and kitchen is open until 11pm for those who check in late.

The rooms were great. The airport shuttle service was timely and super helpful. Unfortunately, I believe the woman who checked us in was having a bad day. We were exhausted and had just traveled a great distant and a simple smile and a friendly "hello" could have went a long way. ... While we checked in late, it seemed the property had lots of amenities. The room was large and clean. The hotel is definitely worth considering when traveling through the area.

I called the property 1 hour or so after making the reservation to cancel it. The front desk told me I could make a cancellation at no charge - despite the stipulation otherwise on expedia...as it was a same day cancellation. She said I needed to call Expedia to cancel. Expedia has since contacted your hotel and you refused the cancellation and refund. Not consistent! And disappointing.
