Flight Review

Mar 28, 2020

Delta has never disappointed me!

Mar 14, 2020

My checked bag was 9 pounds overweight so had to pay the $100 extra. I’m a college student who had to leave campus for the semester. I had to take all my clothes, etc. Thought maybe the baggage person would be nice and forgive the extra fee, but nope.

Mar 13, 2020

The only problem was that the light above 20D didn’t work. Luckily the flight wasn’t crowded so I could use the next seat’s light. Also both landings were rough, in Seattle and in Cincinnati, unusual these days, compared to Hawaiian which I took from Seattle to Honolulu and back.

Mar 12, 2020

Sadly the Coronavirus is impacting travel but for those needing to get home I loved that the flights were not crowded and the crew very kind.

Mar 10, 2020

Gate attendants were very helpful getting my mother to the plane with her wheelchair.

Mar 8, 2020

Enjoy Delta so much smooth ride

Mar 7, 2020

Flight coming home delayed, 25$ voucher was given with expiration date. Of no value to us.

Mar 5, 2020

Luggage was left at Dallas airport

Mar 5, 2020

Good flight, friendly staff thanks

Mar 4, 2020

Our flight was 20 minutes early going and 25 minutes early coming home. It was a great flight!

Mar 2, 2020

It took over an hour to get my bag.

Feb 24, 2020

Seats on planes are too narrow for most people. I’m a small person and feel squished in the plane seats!!! Woman at gate in Cincinnati was very nice. Woman at gate in Cincinnati was happy to give me a seat assignment. Woman at gate in Washington DC was unpleasant when I asked for a seat assignment. There was no line, and snootiness was unnecessary.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Cincinnati

If you like the thought of spending more time at the airport cafes and less time at the security checkpoint on your way to Cincinnati, just follow these handy tips:

  • Make sure you know the whereabouts of your boarding pass and travel ID. You don't want to hold up the queue when you're asked to present them.
  • You'll have to put your tunes on pause for a short while. Earphones need to be taken off and put in a bin for X-raying. The same goes for items such as heavy jackets and belts.
  • All laptops must be removed from their protective carry bags and placed in a tub prior to being X-rayed.
  • When you approach the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all creams, liquids and gels in a separate tub for inspection. Make sure they're all stored in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Safety boots and other cumbersome shoes tend to be X-rayed by security personnel. Think about wearing simple sneakers instead.
  • Some countries have strict biosecurity laws. Consider where you're headed to and whether or not you're allowed to fly with fruit and meats.
