The staff at Hotel Covington from Ron & the valet to wonderful front desk made this business trip a delight. They were warm & welcoming to my pet & were accommodating, warm & friendly though the duration of my stay. I won't stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Surprise - Would Stay Again
We came for a 3-day conference and had a great stay. Hotel Covington is a beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding service. Awesome architecture, nicely appointed rooms and the hotel staff really wants to please its guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. They even have a Mercedes SUV pick you up from the airport. The staff is easy to communicate through text and helped with literally everything I needed. They are incredible. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced even before I arrived! The lounge & restaurant is nice as well with lovely cocktails and delicious food. Try the snapper!

The hotel was amazing! The lobby and bar are stylish, spacious and cozy at the same time. The whole property is tastefully renovated, with soaring ceilings, beautiful lighting and furniture. The room was great! The beds were super comfortable, the washroom was spacious and stylish. We loved the small radio and a book on the history of Covington. The latte at the bar was really good.
