We had to wait 45 minutes for a clean room at check in: arrived at 11:15 PM! Room was dirty, people smoking pot all night outside our room. Mice, trash in corner of room, stain on bedding. Receptionist not helpful at all. Band playing til late.

No hair dryer. Very noisy. Soft towels. Good mattress bedding and pillows. No USB port anywhere in room. Had to buy one at a store.

We booked and confirmed a room with a king size bed. Upon arrival we were told there were none left and we had to take a room with 2 queens. Buttons on the elevator were broken. Coffee was as thick as mud.
