It was just OK. Parking situation was frustrating. Nothing available onsite. Either park a block away or pay for valet. Website implies you can enjoy the skyline view from restaurant / bar. Not the case. Also expected the Marriott was an upgrade vs this Courtyard or Fairfield brand…. Also it would have been nice to have the hotel bar open past 10:00 on the weekends

The room was in great shape. The staff were so friendly! The only critique I have is that the balcony above ours had some damage, but otherwise our stay was amazing!

The staff are amazing! Beautiful girl with a beautiful view of Cincinnati! Very nice room! The only negatives were not major or a reflection on the hotel staff at all. Due to Covid, they are short-staffed. It took 2 hours for breakfast. Also, the room has an energy saver on the thermostat so our room kept heating up to 74 degrees and was hot. We couldn't get it to the desired setting, and even when it did start going down, it only did so for a few minutes and went back up. The staff did provide us a box fan so that helped.
