I think this hotel is beautiful the restaurant downstairs is exquisite and has delicious food staff was impeccable my room was so clean. Friendly waitstaff friendly front desk staff. I really like the bakery at the bottom of the hotel. The pool was nice and warm and clean I will be staying here again. Thank you Mrs. Thomas

For the $, this hotel could use more staff as we had to wait 10 min to see someone to check us in at 315pm when check in starts at 3pm. It should also be cleaned better as I saw splatters on the bathroom wall of an unknown substance. And the worst part is late Saturday night, the basement restaurant turns into a club and the parking lot is filled with people with men cat calling as I passed, felt uncomfortable.

For an expensive hotel, it was horribly staffed and furnished. No chair in the room. In a five night stay, our room was cleaned once! We had to search for clean towels. No shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo; no grab bar either. Air conditioning was freezing all night and couldn’t be turned down. No breakfast availability, not even coffee.half the time! Ariel was a total rip off. It’s like a hotel run by people who have never stayed in a hotel.
