Place could use a coat of paint and a deep cleaning of those tough, hard to reach, places . Overall I would recommend it. Staff was courteous and helpful. Lobby area is enormous and stretches the length of the building. Rooms were quiet and well appointed.

We paid for a suite for our family in order for our children to have a separate sleeping area. We were not provided with enough bedding for everyone. The hotel staff was not helpful with this and simply stated that they did not have any extra available.

I especially liked the Breakfast, the Happy Hour and the free parking The staff were friendly and accommodating. A special mention to the Lady that cooks the omelets, and she also worked the Happy Hour. She was very friendly and made every one feel special. This was my third visit to the hotel, and it will be my go-to place whenever I visit Cleveland
