This is the ugliest hotel I have ever seen. Poorly designed. No carpet anywhere. You can hear everyone in the hallway. Lighting terrible in room. Lighting for makeup terrible. Hook in bath awkwardly place. Outlet in bath awkwardly placed. Open shower is terrible. Room smelled of pine sol. Looks like it was designed by someone who never built a hotel before.

Overall our stay was fine, but this hotel has a strange policy of not cleaning rooms unless you request it. We were never informed of this and were quite surprised when we returned to our room after being out all day to find it had not been cleaned. The staff needs to make sure guests are informed of this at check in.

Called a few days ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving late. Gentleman was very nice on the phone, said he would notate the account, and the desk was open 24 hrs. When we got to the hotel, (very late as stated) another couple was getting out of a shuttle and blocked me from getting inside before them, and ran to the desk to get there before me. I waited patiently for my turn, which took forever, because the person at the desk, Wilma, clearly knew the people checking in ahead of me… when it was my turn at the desk, Wilma, informed me that my reservation had been canceled. She said it has been canceled because she ran the card on file, and it had been declined. She also said there had been no note stating we were coming late. When I asked why she didn’t call me if the card had declined, she did not have an answer, just kept telling me that there were no rooms available. Also, they had not contacted Travelocity to cancel this reservation.

I love staying this at this hotel and I have stayed twice. But both times, only one outlet works on the lamps by the bed. And the tv is extremely difficult to navigate

This was not our first time there. Your staff is very courteous, friendly and responsive. My wife really likes the decor. Prefer real half and half for coffee.
