Did not like the key entry to room. No instructions. Hold key to pad to hear click, doesn't always work. 4x with waits in-between before it would work. Had to get staff to help, 1 key didn't work for them either. Pain in the butt.

This Courtyard by Marriott was very conveniently located to shopping areas, dining, and major roadways. The room was very quiet, the staff was friendly, and the room and hotel overall very clean. If I had to go back to the Cleveland area again, I would definitely stay there again.

I like the location and personnel was very friendly. However I had to use the fax services and the fax was not successful in transmitting an important document.

This location was very clean and quiet. THE BED is so comfortable!! The location was very good with several restaurants and stores around. I will definitely be back
