The staff, both night and morning, were rude and dismissive. They helped someone else before us though we arrived first. The morning clerk refused to provide me with a receipt.

Dear Candis. I`m sorry per our contract with Travelocity and Expedia. com where your reservation came through into our system. we are not able to give a receipt to pre-paid guest after their stay. Totally smooth check in. They walked us through getting a second night’s stay(said nothing negative about using Travelocity) It was a 48th anniversary getaway for us and all went well!!!
