Flight Review

Mar 16, 2020

Was very glad to be back from Mexico.

Mar 16, 2020

Chicago's Ohare customs was inefficient to say the least. As I was arriving from MX, not a hot spot, there were thousands of people backed up in customs with no explanations, time frames. Shameful. Clearly all they needed to do was communicate and make appropriate lines for those returning from Mexico, those from Europe, ect. Again, no explanations or communication. Also, American airlines should have distributed customs forms to us so we can properly fill them out vs standing in a line writing on each others backs.

It is very difficult not to have a reclining seat. I had no idea that was an option so my back was in a lot of pain the whole trip.

Mar 2, 2020

The seats are way too small, very uncomfortable for long flights

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Milwaukee

Make your journey to Milwaukee a little easier by reading over these handy security tips:

  • Ensure your passport and boarding pass are easily accessible. You will be asked to present them straightaway.
  • It's helpful to know that metal belt buckles can set off the body scanner's alarms. If you have one on, you may be asked to place it in a tray before moving forward.
  • Digital cameras, laptops and other electronic devices must be placed in a tub to be X-rayed.
  • Traveling with your favorite perfume or cologne? As long as it contains no more than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and it's stored in a clear resealable plastic bag, you can keep it with you in your hand luggage.
  • Hiking boots and other cumbersome shoes are often X-rayed. Consider wearing simple sneakers instead.
  • Stash any multi-tools or other pointy metal items inside your checked luggage. Security personnel don't allow these on the plane.
