I arrived at 1230am due to bad weather and when I get there this late at night it took 30min to get registered. They were fille at 40percent occupancy but I was put in a room with a door to bathroom that would not close properly and you physically had to drag it as it the door did not fit right and made an obnoxious noise everytime causing my friend and I to be woke by eachother everytime using bathroom. I paid extra for a breakfast and the only things put out were cold bagels..no spreads and ice cold danishes. They said due to COVID, if that was case they should advised people on website that it was limited as I would have chose another location. I was very very disappointed especially I have stayed at many other locations with this chain and this was worst experience.

Loved the hotel. Staff was awesome. Very clean. Near shopping and restaurants (walking distance). Very modern and family oriented.
