Came to see my daughter in a show.

Pros: Location, staff
Cons: Bathroom floor was sticky.
Location: Good choice in restaurants, show at Springer Opera House
This was a great place to stay for the night. It was convenient, good price and the staff was very friendly. It's tucked back away from the road so you have to look for it carefully. I really liked the location and will be back.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our 3 Night Stay.

Pros: Friendliness of the staff. The hotel manager is very customer driven.
Cons: Bigger sign out at the road. Kind of hard to find until you're right up on it.
Location: Plenty of good restaurants and nice little shops around.
We were permitted to check in a little earlier than normal 3 o'clock check-in after traveling all day. The staff were so friendly, especially Jenn & the Hotel Manager. They both went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel has a great breakfast. Rosie is so friendly and sweet!

VERY DIRTY

There was dried pee on the outside of the base of the toilet along with hair and dust. The floor throughout the whole room was disgusting (bathroom had crud stuck to the floor and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vaccumed! I found nuts and pretzel pieces as well as little pieces of what looked like Kleenex everywhere.) There was hair in the shower as well. When I informed the manager, I was shown 4 more rooms to choose from and all were in the same condition with the exception of the pee. When I finally picked a new room my daughter found hair all over the 3 pillows on her bed! We just went to the front desk and asked for new sheets to change the sheets ourselves...THEN that room's toilet was broken and my husband fixed it himself and the blow dryer wasn't working! It was REDICULOUS---Will never stay at a country inn again:(

Convenient to shopping, restaurants

Nice place to stay for the price. Only complaint is that it's tucked back in, and hard to find the entrance. Just a small sign with the logo but no words at the driveway where you need to turn in.

Not what I thought...

Pros: The continental breakfast was accommodating...and that's the only thing that was!
Cons: The website, the location, the view, swimming pool would be located OUTSIDE as well as inside
The hotel I booked is NOTHING like the room I thought I was obtaining. The room wasn't large enough. It wasn't anything like what is on the website. I don't know if its because I changed the number of occupants...or what?!? But never-the-less the hotel room was disappointing. As soon as I walked it in the room I was aggravated. The floors was obviously not vacuumed, the lamps didn't work properly, the remote to the television was missing the back piece which caused the battery to constantly fall out, no tissues in the room (I had to bring that to the front desks attention), the pillows to the beds were extremely uncomfortable, ugh...It was just disappointing. Especially since I rave reviews from the same hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
