I don’t wanna stay here. There’s roaches. I would like a refund

We will not be issuing you a refund as you did not make staff aware so that we could accommodate you.

Each time we came into the lobby, there was people just sitting around. At one point there was someone seating in the corner and you could not see them. The lobby also smell like weed. The ref/mico started making a lot noise and on the second night we could not sleep because of the noise. We decide to put place heavy items on top of it and the noise tone down some. Told the young lady when I check out and she seem so nonchalant about it. The bad thing is I paid for another person room to stay there. Will not go back to the hotel again. And will not recommend it to any one.

I don’t like leaving a bad review, but our room was awful. Terrible odor, bathroom door was falling apart, sheets were spotted, hallway carpet was dirty. We weren't able to stay, hopefully we'll get a refund. The young lady at check in was awesome, so very nice and understanding. She deserves a raise.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the location at the intersection of two major roadways. There was a lot of traffic noise all night.

Upon first arrival after a very long day of travel we were greeted rudely by the check in attendant. Room needed painting and basic maintenance looks like it was ignored. Flooring in room, hallway and elevator needed to be cleaned, replaced. Appearance overall was dirty. I would not recommend this La Quinta Inn and not even sure I would consider another La Quinta Inn period after this experience.
