First checkin was at 3pm there was a paper sign at the window saying call this number for check in. I called the number a gentleman picked up , he said he would be right there. It was 25 mins after 3 before we could check in. I am not a smoker this man had a picture from another room talking about I smoked in the room and kept my 25.00 deposit no one with the group smokes !!! There where people running up and down the hole ways … regulars talking loud in the hall way at 2,3and 4 am
The hotel has a bad carpet smell , the ac did not work in room. No extra toilet paper in the rooms … had to wait an hour for the front desk to bring towels , shower curtain for the room. When you walk down the hallway the floor board is missing and the ceiling was leaking.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THE OWNER IS A THIEF AND THE HOTEL NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING CARPET PULLED UP .

The hotel had roaches. There was pee on the wall. Window was cracked and someone was knocking on the window last night.

first of all I was refused any extra towels and was told I had to give a 25 dollar deposit in cash and would not except a credit card besides the condom on the floor in the hallway and going out the side door to the parking lot to my car I witnessed a drug deal and was told to go back inside and mind my own business I complained to the front desk and I was told to stay in my room after dark then checking out I had to wait for them to inspect my room before I could get a receipt all in all I have never has a more horrible experience in all of my hotel stays I also contacted the super 8 corporate office and still haven't received a response
The pictures made it look semi nice. The room definitely looked better than the rest of the hotel, however we saw a cockroach in there the next morning. I paid a little extra for this hotel since it had continental breakfast. The entire spread consisted of 2 slices of bread, 3 yogurts, some cold cereal, and waffles.

we don't have cockroaches in our room because we get them sprayed every month by pest control. We serve the continental breakfast due to wyndham policies.

Nice basic hotel
Excellent mattress and pillows. Microwave and fridge, flat screen tv with the usual channels, a desk, chair, and chest of drawers , hair dryer, however there was nowhere to hang up clothes, not even a robe hook in bathroom. The shower water was hot in the morning but tepid at night. Breakfast was dry cereal, milk, bagels, cream cheese, jelly, pre cooked waffles, syrup, toast, juice, coffee (no decaf) yogurt, tropical fruit. Staff were courteous and helpful. The only way we figured out to turn off the radio was set the sleep timer. We didn't see or hear any of the recent renovation activity except for the dumpsters in back.

Chambermaid was cheerful.
Front desk ladies very helpful. Nice to talk to.
Had an OK breakfast buffet.
Hotel under renovation so my first impression was terrible. But the rooms were clean and good.

Surprisingly nice!
After seeing the pictures of the hotel and reading the reviews I had expected the worst. Unfortunately it was a last minute trip and I was on a budget so I figured I'd just have to suck it up and deal with a bad hotel because it was cheap. Just a place to sleep anyway. When I got to the room I was very surprised... It was newly remodled and pretty nice. If you can get over ugliness of the outside and the work in progress it's worth it. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as a mall. Best of all its a straight shot down to Ft. Benning to see family.
