Didn’t like the no parking w/o a fee. Was not advised beforehand about incidentals. No microwave. Fan in bathroom not working. Coffee machine had not been cleaned. Found used pod in it. Need schedules for HBO programming. For the cost, I expected more.

Hello Brenda, I am really sorry to hear about your issues with your stay. Being located in the middle of Ohio State's campus is wonderful but the drawback is that the only non staff or student parking is with our valet service or in the public garage next door. I apologize this was not more prominent in your Expedia confirmation and will work with them to make it more clear. Our bathrooms do not have fans, but instead rely on our constant current HVAC system and I have spoken with our Housekeeping Room Inspectors to emphasize triple checking that our in-room Keurigs are completely reset. I hope you give us another chance if you make it to OSU again and had a safe journey home.

I was very upset to learn that the hotel was being used as the Covid housing for OSU. This is an important fact was not disclosed to me before I booked. I would not have chosen this hotel had I known that it was full of Covid positive students!

Great staff and nice property -- they had everything we needed at the front desk including free tooth brushes and toothpaste which we forgot! Also perfect location near everything!

They had none of the amenities advertised. I even called a week prior to arriving and was told i would be able to enjoy the amenities. Come to find out when i checked in everything was a lie. I had to pay to valet park my own car!

When booking directly with the hotel we are able to communicate all of our amenities and services that are being offered during your stay. Often, when booking through a third-party, amended services are not always communicated. We are currently offering a self-parking option in the parking garage as our valet services are not returning until August 1st. On all of our pre-arrival email letters as well as our confirmation letters we have been letting our guests know about parking, food and beverage options and what services our guest's are able to enjoy during their stays.
