During our visit to the hotel, I went To the room for the first time at night and approached the door, IT WAS OPEN AND THE TV WAS ON. I immediately went to the front desk to make them aware. The receptionist went to the room and said there was nobody in there. So I asked Why the door was open and the seal was broke to the room. She said I DONT KNOW. Upon entering the room, my husband found out that the conjoined room door was unlocked and open too. I found This so disgusting and unprofessional. I walked Into the restroom and found urine in the toilet and the toilet seat was up as well. I am Extremely upset about this

I didn't get to experience it because Travelocity overbooked and there were no rooms available, thus ruining my weekend! Lighthouse was kind enough to try to find me another hotel, but i wasn't interested in staying anywhere else.
