We enjoyed staying here. No problems. Staff very nice. The only complaint i had was my own fault. The room has a full kitchen because it's an extended stay We only stayed for two nights so didn't prepare. They did have a very small breakfast selection so at least we had that. It included bagels, prepackaged muffins and such. Again not their fault my oversight. I would definitely stay here again!

We did not get to stay for our trip. The day before we were supposed to check in I came down sick. We had to cancel our reservations. But I can't say I would want to try and stay there again because we had so much trouble with our refund. We weren't due to check in until 4:00 on a Friday. We cancelled our reservations the day before at noon. I was under the impression that that was before the 24 hours. But I digress. When my husband called to cancel, he asked the person at the desk if they needed the itinerary number for the stay. They told him no, all they needed was the name on the reservation. So he gave it to them. Three days later I find a charge on my account for the full amount of the stay. When I contacted them to ask about it, they tried to tell me they had told my husband he had to cancel it through the sight we had made the reservations. I know that was a lie. We did however receive one night refund. I guess that is the most we can expect.
