Property is very clean with many little extra touches...wipe packages near the phone and remote...great staff and best breakfast I’ve had at a Hampton !

rude greeting nice building

Pros: the room was good the bed had problems.
Cons: customer service. new beds
we checked in to the hotel and were told we don't like to rent to locals and we would be charged $250.00 if anything went amiss IE towels and furniture. OK this doesn't seam to bad i m over fifty and don't through parties. I do smoke so i had to go outside which is OK with me and my wife but when we tried to return through the door it would not work it was raining and i had to walk all the way around the building to get back in and the desk clerks response oh the doors don't work sometimes just jam the carpet in the door to go smoke. the room was good the people not so much. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but no worries i will never go there again thank you Phillip Pickthall

Staff

Pros: The staff and Breakfast
Cons: Was a little disappointed that the Hot tub is no longer there. I booked the room because of it and to my suprise it was taken out some time ago
The Staff was fantastic. Jazz made us feel very welcome and was very polite.

Convenient location, helpful staff

Location: The location was convenient for exploring Danville or eating at nearby restaurants.
The room was clean and the breakfasts were what I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. However, a fun surprise was that each banana in the breakfast area had a fun message written on it by hotel staff. what a nice way to start the day. All the staff seemed to want me to enjoy my stay.

Best Hotel in Danville

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, great staff
We stayed here for graduation & were very pleased with the room, service, breakfast & staff. We have stayed at several hotels in Danville over the last years & The Hampton Inn was the best.
