Was told i had to pay cash when i checked in. So essentially I paid twice for a less than suitable room

Our Accessible room was located at the far end of a different building from the breakfast room, the ice machine, and the coffee carafe. There was no coffee maker in the room. The manager said that they "follow the law" regarding the rooms. The grab bar end covers were loose and moved on the bar. The sink plumbing was visible from the toilet and looked filthy. One breakfast, we had to ask for more eggs. When the man brought them, he slammed them into the dish. The next day, there were no cups or plates. There was no one at the desk and the "Dial 0 for Assistance" didn't work. We used bowls for our eggs and sausage. It was extremely disappointing..

Property needs to be updated. Very uncomfortable that there was no additional lock on my door and room was right next to lobby. If I had not been on such a tight budget I would have left immediately and gone somewhere else cleaner and safer. Very disappointed.

Was disappointed with we had a reservation for a king size bed and when we checked in, they had no king size beds available, even though we reserved it. Only had one person at the desk and had to wait for half an hour to check in.
