I reserved a king bed and they didn’t have any available. Had to have a queen room. Why did Expedia let me reserve a king if they didn’t have one? Then it showed I hadn’t paid and it took about 15-20 minutes to get checked in because they said I hadn’t paid online but I had a receipt. The heater wasn’t working in our room and we had to move rooms after being in there for a hour and still cold. The Wi-Fi was broken the entire time. Breakfast was mediocre. Waffles were the best. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways. :(
