The staff was very nice. The room had cement floors. We could hear the people next door but overall it was a quiet room. Nice hotel at a good value and location.

Tony at the front desk is horrible. He need customer service training and need to realize without customer he will be out of business. I will not go into the incident but I will not recommend this location to my worst enemy. We was in town for a wedding and he was extremely rude to most of my family members. Some of us was able to switch hotel but some wasn't because most of the hotels in the area was booked.

Hotel staff was good, the room was clean it just had a weird smell. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: Comfortable Beds
Cons: Breakfast, powdered eggs with little taste
Location: Please of eating and shopping areas close by. Near parks
Visiting family and friends in the area. East access to hotel, very comfortable beds

Very nice, close to family

Nothing to really complain about. Loved the beds. Wish I could've taken it with me. Very comfortable. Only downside was the Air. Although the AC was comfortable, the room quickly got hot when the AC turned off

Hotel wasn't as close as advertised 20 minutes away from Washington college more like 1hour 30 minutes.
