The wallpaper was coming undone in multiple places and was covered with spots on one wall. The shower fixture was mounted upside down making shower use confusing. Otherwise it was fine.

I called the front desk because there was a stain on the chair this chair and then the diss chair move up doesn’t adjust up closer to the desk The worst wallpaper come off of the wall in divits in the wall I would not recommend anybody to this hotel I give them a give them my F. And then the AC wasn’t working correctly properly and it was adjusted all the way for the air but the air was circulating inside the room so I would say that the AC is not good in the room I have stayed in other hotels in Arizona and then the AC was great in Arizona compared to the one in Belair The owner of this hotel needs to redo the inside of the hotel to get me back as a customer

Hello RICHARD, Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

I didn't like the fact that my keys for the door did not work and someone had to let me in my room each time I left.

Clean, convenient to I95, pleasant check in, no smoke smell, comfortable bed. Will stay in future. Told there was a grab and go breakfast. This was coffee and juice only. Plenty of dining in area.
