Definitely in need of a major renovation. Employees smoking just outside of entrance door. Very noisy. Thin walls.

It said that you get a free newspaper in the lobbies but the staff said that they don't have that and it is listed in there amenities, also they had coffee pots on there counter in the lobby but there was never any coffee. the other thing was that the bed in our room was hard as a rock, couldn't get a good nights sleep.

The front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. However, the facility is in dire need of some updating. If not for the fact we only needed a few hours sleep, we wouldve cancelled and stayed elsewhere. That place was dirty and run down on the inside.

Signage is lacking to allow easy access to site. Check in was fine. Room was okay. Breakfast consisted of a pancake griddle and employee complaining she had to make more coffee. Really?!
