there was a lot of things that need to be fixed. missing base boards, Hot tub the bubbles did not work. there was no shower Curtin on my shower. TV remote did not work right.

Wonderful!
This is one of the best places we have stayed at in awhile. All of the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! They actually had chicken tenders with biscuits, eggs, gravy, and waffles. It was very quiet and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!

Not staffed well. Quality of breakfast was poor at best. Coffee was excellent. Shower curtain was shabby. This was nowhere close to the Country Inn and Suites experiences I’ve had in the past. TV was old and the remote didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk to get it exchanged because there was no one to answer the phone in a timely manner.

An average property. Awkward to get into the building as it is long and has parking on one side only making for quite a walk from cat to door. In a three day stay I had no housekeeping at all. Breakfast was mediocre, staff was very friendly. No views, one side has utility pylons, the other a nursing home. Ok, if you need a bed in El Dorado, but there are newer, tidier, and, less expensive options with character. Don't wait till the last moment to book, choice is limited at holiday time on south Arkansas.
