In need of refurb. Not a typical Hampton. Just seem worn out. My room’s door didn’t close on its own. Had to pull shut, whenever I left or returned. Had difficulty in checking in, system or internet was down. No major issues, just a lot of little things. Previous trip to Bardstown, I stayed at the Fairfield down the street, tried to save a few $, won’t make that mistake again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! From the front desk staff, the breakfast staff, and the cleaning staff. Room was very clean! The hallways and elevator areas are a little dated and can use a sprucing up!

Great place but need better beds.

Pros: Very clean and situated back off the road a bit.
Cons: The beds need replaced.
Location: Umami sushi house next door was a nice place to eat and have a drink.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Took 2-3 hours the next day to get back into groove mode.

Pleasant stay

Very clean hotel and friendly service. Not the best of breakfasts, but quite adequate. I will stay here again. Great location.
