When checking in was informed that Candlewoods will not let locals stay in motel. This is crazy. Drove 30 miles to stay so I would not drink and drive. The one checked me in said not to select this place in the future since I would not get a room for being as they say local. Needs to be called out on the site.

Check is was at 3:00 and we waited in the lobby 30 more minutes. They should have called and said they were not ready. We called at 1:00 to confirm and they didn’t say anything about a delay.

COCKROACHES. I killed three when I first arrived. One in the bathroom and then one ran across my side table when I woke up. Clerk just said ok when I told her. Don’t stay here.

The beds and room is always great very comfortable. I think staying with my parents they were very very disappointed that there is no breakfast you had to pay for a box of cereal or yogurt. Free coffee and a banana or apple? When my other family members stayed at the Regency they were offered waffles.. that is a big cry from Candlewood. I have stayed here 2 times in the last month and it just amazes me that you come down stairs and nothing to eat.

We appreciate your parents staying with us and I appreciate you honest feedback! Having no breakfast for Candlewood is a conscious decision. Since we target extended stay guests, we attempt to give a great value by decreasing the price and not making every guest pay for breakfast. If you want breakfast, there is a breakfast rate, which would get you breakfast vouchers at the front desk to Jimmy's Egg which is two blocks to our west. If you have trouble finding the breakfast rate online, please contact the front desk for assistance.

The TV in our room was ‘temperamental ‘ and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. We told them and they graciously agreed to make an adjustment on the bill.

Nice clean room and good location in Fayetteville.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Quiet room (in a congested area) even though I was on the ground floor. Loved having a kitchen in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was my second time at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very nice. We were in Fayetteville for the Senior Day game at the university. The hotel is right down the street from the school and very close to downtown and the major highway. What more could you ask for.
