It was an extremely pleasant find, EXTREMELY WONDERFUL PLEASANT STAFF, including GIOVANNI, Jen Carla, Christine and Reuben!!! It was especially these specific group of people that made my family ENJOY our STAY in Florence!! This hotel trumps any other 5 STar hotel that one might think of staying! It is not a 5 Star hotel, but a 10 star hotel because of the staff ang strategic location to tourist’ vacation destinations

Great gem of a hotel. Walking distance to all the important sites. Clean, spacious, and quiet even on the street side. Great breakfast and the most helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
