Water faucet didn’t work. I didn’t notify staff until check out because we only needed the room for 1 night. When I told reception desk she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or even take one moment to took at me to speak. Maybe she was busy but I thought that was extremely rude.

Our bathroom floor was dirty. No cleaning in bathroom or sink area while we were there (2 nights). Bathroom door was off its hinge. We reported it and no one fixed it. No one was friendly. Bed, pillow, and AC were good, which made it workable.

The Property is in a very seedy part of Ft. Lauterdale. There are no Restaurants in the immediate area. The Property itself is run down. We felt very unsafe. This Motel needs a throrough inspection by Expedia! Actually sending a sledgehammer crew would do it a favor! Obviously, i cannot recommend ayone making a reservation there.
