We did not get the room that we reserve for the price that we paid it was a smoking room that was what roaches and clean refrigerator that smell filthy floors and did it and didn’t work the heater it was throwing a lot of cold air and etc.

I checked in for work i am a travel nurse. The day i got there they had no house keeper because she got hurt. So the counter person stated they were going to clean the room. I went to eat and when i came back i went to the room. The put me in a room with no working tv the sink in the bathroom didnt work the toilet leaked water from the bottom. The do not have staff to assist after 7pm. I spike to the night staff and she said sidnt have an other rooms available. No ever contacted me the next day to follow up or refund my money.

It was marginal in every way- location- cleanliness etc. we were awakened by a car alarm, people talking loudly - they stayed outside having a heated discussion for about 30-45 minutes- no exaggeration. We would never stay there again.

The most disgusting place I have ever been at or seen, smelled like a dump, outside was nasty, smelled like a waste disposal station and piss. I don’t recommend anyone stay here it should be shut down because of sanitation issues!

My debit card was over charged and you people did nothing I will never book with you again my room leaked from the ceiling and the shower dripped water constantly and the refrigerator did not work properly had a bad experience and the kids there put gum on my car and kept hitting my car with their ball and me standing there I think I need part of my money back horrible experience

Disaster. take them off Travelocity

Disaster. They only staff from 3pm-7pm. Never answer heir phone and voicemail is full. Was never even able to check in because no one there and no one to answer a phone. Felt like a scam and now they have my bank information. Got there at 9pm and could not check in because office was closed. But called all afternoon dozens of times to tell hem we would be in a little late but no answer and voicemail box was full. Had to find another hotel late and it was horrible. They need to be taken off Travelocity. Numbers they give you to call when you get there no one answers. Horrible experience. Scam.
