The room/property was clean and well kept. There are plenty of choices with the included breakfast. The only negative was that parking costs $16/night which isn't listed on the description. It is described as self parking with a surcharge. The exact parking cost should be listed in the property amenities. I could have booked a similar room at a different hotel that would have cost less if I had this information prior to actually staying there.

The area where this hotel is nice close to everything downtown and with some great food options all around but the hotel was disappointing the hot tub was broken we had to pay for parking only for the parking check points to come in and out to broken as well. Not to mention the garage being slippery from snow not being shoveled or salt being put out. Staff was pleasant from the interaction we had.

When we arrived we were told they overbooked. This was the 1st we heard there was a problem. We then had to load everything back in the car and drive 10 minutes away to a Holiday Inn Express. Our stay there was great (except being right off the lobby) and breakfast was good. Not bad for being free since Hampton had to pay for their overbooking.
