We had requested a handicap room with a rolled in shower. The room was handicapped but it was a tub that I could not use with my wheelchair. This is a frequent problem.

Everything was good except our TV wouldn’t pick up a signal, so we had no TV for 2 nights. We told the front desk. They said there was no maintenance on the weekend and there was no room to be moved to.

The young lady working at the front desk was on the phone helping a guest having issues locating the property, while at the same time being attentive to me and another guest when we checked in. She showed a great deal of patience and professionalism.

Pillars to soft.. it was very clean and air worked really good. Loved the pool indoor outdoor. My card didn’t work and it was immediately switched out. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

very clean and have a nice staff only was able to stay one night price went up $70.00

Stay Away!

Pros: nothing
We arrived late on Friday night to find the Hotel had cancelled our room - There were none available. The first thing we were greeted with was "I think you are at the wrong hotel, shouldn't you be over there?" as she pointed to the hotel across the parking lot. This is before she even asked our name or reservation number. We did not get a call saying they had cancelled, so we were 250 miles from home at 10:30pm ready for a rest after a long drive with no hotel room. The lady at the desk was not helpful, we felt very unwelcomed from the moment we walked in. After checking, she informed us they didn't have a phone number for us, but I had to give a phone number when I made the reservation. We were able to get a hotel room at the Hilton which I believe was a better hotel at a better rate. We are thankful for the wonderful staff at the "other" hotel. We will tell everyone about our experience and hope others will be spared the headache and frustration we experienced.
