Facilities and cleanliness were great! Our stay over the thanksgiving holiday may have busier than hotel expected. Younger gentleman that works late shift was great!

They gave up my room bc they had a problem with my c card. 5.5 hours of weather delays later, we arrived at the hotel. The poor excuse for a manger, informed me of the issue, and that he had given away our room. So at 11pm, we had to go find another place to stay. 3 stops later, we finally found a place. We will NEVER stay at this property again…
