No one was at front desk. Rang the bell for 5 minutes before clerk showed up. Public bathroom was filthy. Had two rooms reserved. Gave us rooms on different floors. Ok, I can deal with that. Went to room and there was an overpowering chemical smell. I am asthmatic and it triggered an asthma attack. Went to desk and asked for a different room as there was no possible way I could stay in that room. He told me, "it's air freshener, they all smell that way" and walked away. Luckily, the other room did not have that smell and our friends graciously traded rooms with us. Oh, and NO breakfast! On a positive note, the bed was soft and comfortable and room had fridge and microwave. Room was kind of shabby - frayed carpet, closet handle falling off, carpet by air conditioner was wet, looked like pieces of candy ground into carpet. When I checked out, desk could not give me a printout of the charges going on my credit card. The pictures on Travelocity LOOK great - not so much. Totally disappointed in this hotel and it's staff. Would NOT stay here again. I don't expect the moon at this price point, but there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness and lack of courtesy.

The pool was the worst I have ever seen. Dirty scum around the top of the tile in the pool. Chipped paint all around the top with things on there I can’t even describe! No work out facility! The door was locked and rusty. The hoist for the pool was all rusty as well. No information given out or available in the hotel as to where to go to ear or any places in the area. Would not stay here again! Go further up the interstate to find better accommodations.

I did not actually stay in this place because the moment I walked in the management tried to overcharge me for my service dog which anyone knows the law you cannot charge for service dogs I purposely looked for a pet friendly hotel and as soon as I get through the front desk the gentleman wants to charge me an extra $150 for my pet I refused and left I will never be using this app again.

The room was sort of clean. There were several amenities missing. The hand towels, washcloths, the complimentary coffee the lotions, the shampoo and conditioner. Due to the pandemic the breakfast was also discontinued. Even though I had to go ask for toilet paper and new towels the second day, I was charge twice for their mandatory trash fee for two people for two days. I would still recommend them just watch the charges made by them or pay Travelocity before you check into the hotel.
