Had called to make special arrangements for check in and told all was taken care of, which it was not. Room smelled musty, hot water was luke warm at best in the shower.

One of the housekeeping guys named Brian was really nice and left me a little note after he cleaned my room telling me he hoped I had a blessed day and that if I needed anything to let him know. I thought that was very nice and thoughtful of him. It definitely brightened up my day.

They put us on the second floor even though I told them we had a handicap person and senior. We did ok, but it would have been easier getting everyone in and out from a first floor room. BUT they did have the most amazing deep spa style tub. So worth the hassles of getting to the room.

We stayed there 2 days. There was too much cigarette smoke around this small motel. There's no elevator to the 2nd floor and only one bed downstairs. I had to walk up and down steep stairs to get to where I had to go. I have knee problems and this made them worse. I didn't even eat my grab n go breakfast because it hurt so much to go down and back up the stairs.

No reservation when we arrived

We had no reservation when we got there. Suppose to have non smoking room with king bed. Tried to put us in room with two beds. It was our anniversary. Need I say more.

Needs maintenance...

With the understanding that a Motel 6 is a budget motel, this one almost reaches that rarified plateau of acceptable.  Shows evidence of absentee owner. We've stayed in room 121 twice now.  Last time I reported that the electrical outlets were in disrepair and I couldn't plug a charger for my laptop or cell phone in.  I'm now back months later, and nothing has been repaired.  Let's be honest.  Anyone can replace an electrical outlet.  They're 59¢ at Lowe's.  That just shows an indifference to the property. One can't help but wonder what the requirements for a business or occupancy license are in this town, and how often or if the fire department re-inspects. My wife found an empty cup under the bed, missed by house keeping. On the plus side, 32 inch flatscreen TV, dorm size fridge, tiny microwave, and decent sheets and mattress.  Starchy, protein free complementary breakfast.
