They had no food for breakfast only coffee and OJ, the room was worn out, mattress had a huge stain on it, debris under the bed and behind cabinets hole in bathroom wall and mold on shower curtain. The room was supposed to non smoking but it reeked of cigarette smoke.

smelled musky, bathroom ceiling texture falling, tub caulk black, bathtub mat old, used a towel to stand on to shower. sheets were yellowed. towels had black stains. lots of traffic in & out& noisy

Run to someplace else! Black mold across ceiling in bathroom, dirty sheets, black stuff in bed, ceiling and walls pealing! This place should be closed by the board of health! We didnt stay, then were told the person at the desk could not refund I would have to call tomorrow for refund. I don't require much have stayed in older hotels but this place is unhealthy, disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to be open. The good reviews must be fakes as well as the pictures. When I called the next day I was told the owner was out of the country but they hadnt charged my card, its "pending" on my card from travelocity, waiting to see if I will have to dispute it!

Rooms need to be updated.

Pros: Staff!!!! They alllow pets
Cons: Wifi, updated rooms would be fun, swimming pool open would have been nice
Location: Lavonia, GA _- festivals....antique shops, fishing, flea markets,
Rooms could use updating, but they were clean and cold. Swimming pool closed the whole time which made for boring moments or children. Staff however, from lobby to Maid excellent !!! Breakfast -excellent. Decaf coffee would have been nice Wifi horrible
