Old and needed an update. Broken door entrance. Language barrier. Dirty bathroom. Terrible continental breakfast.

Not very clean. Bleach stains on carpet in hallway, door to outside didn't latch, door to room wasn't very secure. Bathroom felt dirty and the sink hardly worked

The property is a little run down, but the room was clean and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to crash after a day of hiking.

Spacious very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, large TV, fridge, microwave oven, table & chairs, hair dryer, iron, strong free wi-fi, coffee maker, cold A/C, plenty of hot water with good water pressure. This is the best value for the money and I would stay there again when in that area. Breakfast not as good as some but adequate. Soap and shampoo provided but no other toiletries.

Microwave was broken and continued to run if you closed the door. Leaving the door open left a fairly bright light on all night. Refrigerator was missing a leg which was propped up with a towel. Reported both to office at check out. There was a major argument in the hall that lasted almost two hours before someone got it under control. I had call the from desk when it started and was informed that they had called 911.
