Initially had a Luxury King that was not available at the time, but the hotel was more than accommodating arranging for us at a nearby hotel with the King bed and additional amenities while also graciously allowing us to use the pool and jacuzzi at the location of our original reservation. I would come back to both locations! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had a great time in Helen.
