The Space:
This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house is family and group friendly! The Master Bedroom has been converted to a Sitting/Sleeping room. This room holds a sofa sleeper, one twin bed, and stored in the closet, there is a comfortable mattress topper for the sofa sleeper. It also houses the TV, creating an area to enjoy your favorite shows, and leaves the rest of the home available for cooking, conversation, reading and simple relaxation. The remaining two bedrooms offer a King Bed, a Queen Bed and a bath to share. In the back yard, there is a large Deck with relaxing seating, wooden swing, and room to run around. The carport has been transformed into an open air oasis, the California Room, with comfortable seating to sit, relax, grill out and enjoy the fresh air!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
