Very friendly staff and clean place. Had a pool but no hot tub. Limited dining options in area.

First, they tried to charge my credit card prior to Check-in time. I understand hotel cancellation/no show policies. Since it was still 2 hours prior to check in time, I don’t understand how I was considered a no show. The next disappointment was that pool hours ended at 9pm. I have never stayed at a hotel that closed the pool before 10pm. My daughter was so disappointment that she only had about 15 minutes in the pool. Finally, if the hotel has been non-smoking since 2014, why do the corridors smell like smoke? For 20 dollarrs more, I would stay at one of the hotels one exit north on I57.

I'm saying this respectfully, Two of the cleaning women (they both African American) made me feel like I was in a 5 stars hotel. They took my all my request serious and exceeded my expectation.

Best hotel in Monee

Pros: Quiet and clean!
Cons: Well, my mattress was not comfortable. But the pillows were!
Location: Close enough to the city, but there is nothing in the town itself. Must go another exit north for anything.
I have stayed at the other hotels in Monee and this is the best! Cleanest, quietest, nicest one there. They have a pool and a fitness center, and their breakfast was great. Will return!

However, regarding mattress, we are planning to change mattress in next couple months. please accept my sincerest apology regarding mattress issue.
