Loud running could be heard on the first floor from sounds on the second floor. Unlike a more expensive hotel I stayed at 5 days earlier, this one had a pen and pad near the phone and more comfortable pillows. The bed also did not sag to one side. Lights automatically went on when you entered the bathroom. The toilet was positioned too close to the wall with my knees hitting the toilet paper dispenser.

It was very warm and inviting, staff was very friendly, and willing to help any time you asked. The room was as described, and the ONLY thing that I had to complain about was the shower rod was falling down from the wall.

I arrived at 330 and my room was not ready, the staff was unprofessional, and the room had a foul odor, I could stay the whole night, I had to leave, worst hotel experience ever

Christmas at home

Great experience I had with my stay at Super 8. Enjoyed family and friends at home. My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was great and attentive. I will be recommending Super 8 to everyone i know.

No shower, only hot tub in the room.

Air conditioning controlled from front desk. Room too cold, could not adjust.

Not safe, door would lock

Since our door wouldn't lock, the only room open was smoking. We had to put a chair in front of the door. Won't go back.

A fine place to stay and good value.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
A very decent room for the price. The breakfast was weak, but its hard to complain about coffee and donuts. It is a convenient place to stay if you need to catch the University Park Metra train in and out of Chicago, early or late.

Reunion

In Monee for a school reunion, stayed Sat/Sun, we were very pleased. The room had everything we needed, staff was professional, price was right and we would stay again.
