Wonderful stay! We Loved our room and we had a room that we could go down the stairs to the beach. The beach would be better if they raked the old seaweed off the sand. Loved the heated pool. Was overall a wonderful stay would definitely come back!

The room was very high quality and very clean with all the facilities you could need for a break away. The shuttle to town was very handy as well. We enjoyed good service and good food in the onsite restaurant but thought that the happy hour policy was unfair. You only get happy hour drinks if you sit at a high stool at the bar. If you are unable to do this or they are all full (which was the case when we were there) then you have to pay full price even if you are doing with them. Think this needs a rethink.

Beachside was a nice resort. Our original room was not what we expected - was very small so we asked for an upgraded room and it was much nicer. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Tavern n town food and drinks were awesome but way too busy during happy hour. The shuttle was nice but it was always busy and sometimes left early if full so couldn’t always count on it. Our room was clean and nice and full with amenities. Beach was nicer than expected and pool area was nice but didn’t have great weather so couldn’t spend a ton of time down there. Would recommend this place if you want to be farther away from duval street. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had a pretty good stay! The only complaint was there was no maid service so when we ran out of items in the room-we had to constantly go down to the desk to request them.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! So clean, the furnishings were beautiful, the view was stunning and the suite had every feature you could possibly ever need! The washer/dryer was perfect! I LOVED the jetted tub! If they offered this as a condo for sale, I’d buy it! I cannot say more great things! The pool & hot tub were amazing and the shuttle to Duval St was so convenient! I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Air conditioning issue

The first day was great, but the second night, something was wrong with our air conditioner and it was freezing. We couldn't shhut it off and when we asked for help, the maintenance guy came up but said he would fix it it the morning. Unfortunately, that was our last day there and we froze all night.

Pretty property, very poor guest experience

The property used to be a Marriott property. They are located on the bay and have a pretty pool with a bar and seating area, lots of local Lizards and great potential. If you're ok paying $350 a night for a room closet with one window facing a stairwell - this is the place for you. None of the hotel-size rooms (~100 Sq/Ft) have any view at all (confirmed by the manager). The next size room, for $900+ is over 1,000 Sq Ft and might be better suited for a larger party. For your $300 closet space you will NOT GET room service. Also there are no phones in the rooms, so you will need to haul to the front desk located in the main building (not in the residence area) to make any request. They have red phones in the halls, but they are useless because they don't have a touchpad keypad so when your call goes into the auto attendant and you require a keypress to route to front desk - you're out of luck. It is also annoying that every facility here (the pool bar, restaurant, etc) is owned by a different party so you can't charge anything to your room. Every hotel within 1 mile is just as nice, half the price and a lot more convenient.

The property was in a beautiful setting however the quality of the 3 BR resort was unacceptable at $2000.00/night. The door handles of 3 doors were falling off. The tissue holder was falling off. The sliding glass door had a broken slide so we could not open/close to get to balcony. Reported this 3 times. Glass door never fixed. There were no facial tissues anywhere. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
