The room had roaches and bed bugs The hot tub was not working we notified staff on the problem with the bugs they did not offer any help on fixing the problem we had to take it in our own hands and buy the spray and bombs to get rid of them

Close to the beach we had roaches and bedbugs we notified the staff but nothing was done we took it in our own hands and bought 150.00 in sprays and bombs to use in the room also had to pay 60.00 to wash the blankets from the room the hot tub was not working while there we booked the room for that purpose

Our stay at the Days Inn was just what we needed! We were greeted and well taken care of by Mary at the Front Desk. She even answered the phone right away when we called from our room with a little issue and offered to switch our rooms. We declined because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Leroy from Maintenance was at our door with in minutes to with the solution to our problem and told us to call him if we needed any more assistance and he would be by in a jiffy to fix anything! I also want to point out Malinda went above and beyond and ran a personal errand for me. She did not have to do that but she took customer service to the next level. While this may be a 2-star hotel, the one thing this hotel does not lack, is the customer service and personal touch each and every employee brought to the experience.

Loved it!
Nice, comfy room with a great beach view and balcony. Great location, free abundant parking They had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage (two kinds) hash browns, biscuits and gravy. The elevators were quick and always available, the pool was amazing (heated) and a huge hot tub that overlooked the ocean. To top it off the price can't be beat.
