our view was just like the picture. so beautiful with a balcony looking over the beach. plenty of room in the room and the bathroom area to move and have 2 people easily

Old and outdated, carpet stains and odd smells. Mattresses in horrible condition to sleep on. We paid for a beach premium view and our view was of the indoor pool building.

Amazing place for a family vacation! Anyone who has a negative review of this place must be extremely spoiled! We stayed the week in a 2 bedroom villa, which has two bedrooms two bathrooms and a separate office with a pull out couch. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. There was a bit of a walk from the villas to the main hotel area but not too bad. We never used the golf cart service. The pools were all very warm (the weather was quite chilly and our kids had no problems in the outdoor or indoor pools), water slide very fun. We mostly ate in our room, which saved us a ton of money. The first night we did try the Atlantic grill which was mediocre and very over priced. Service was exceptionally good though. The only problem we had was at check in we arrived at 445 and our room was not ready?!?! They gave us the keys and said they would call when it was so we went over and the maid was just finishing up our room so we went ahead and went in and got all unpacked. About an hour later I received a call (6pm) that our room was ready but they had to switch us building So we would need to come to the front desk and get new keys. After explaining we were in the room and completely unpacked and not moving they took care of it, but it was a little upsetting.
