We have been here twice now and love it. Food is great but expensive and everything is charged to the room so things add up fast but so much to do on the resort and great places to go just off resort within walking distance or rent a golf cart.

Outdated facility, service good, location was beautiful. We stayed at Bayside, faculty is old. Not clean, poor paint, lightbulbs had to be changed.

Great location. Been to this resort twice. Had to wait 2+ hours or more to get into our room after checking in. This happened on both of our visits to this resort. Had to ask daily for basic items like toilet paper and coffee creamer. Housekeeping was awful at keeping up with rooms on a daily basis. South seas is subpar for checking in and housekeeping.

Access to the Ocean, Slides at the Pool are Fantastic. We hired a private photographer and took several pictures by the Santa Stroll area (Next to the marina) and the beach.

Do NOT STAY HERE. This place is VERY kid friendly- as in there are SO MANY KIDS, EVERYWHERE. Was looking for a nice relaxing vacation with my significant other, lol nope, all kids in the pools and out and about screaming and splashing you. Also, it was very unclear how big this resort actually was. We were nowhere near the ocean, or main pools. If we wanted to be, they were going to charge us over $100 extra per night. We were 3 miles away in our villa and we had to take a really old, loud “trolly” which literally never comes, down the road to the beach and “main area.” It also smells terrible due to the water in the ponds/creeks around the resort. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS OR CASH. Yup-that’s how they get ya. You can only charge things onto your room account. So irritating. There was also no entertainment. Food and drinks are VERY OVERPRICED. $14 for a cheap vodka soda? $16 for 3 chicken tenders? NOPE. Spend your money elsewhere- like at a all inclusive resort where the water is actually beautiful and blue and you are right on the ocean and have the pool right outside. We spent over $1,000 each here for 3 nights total. Such a waste of money. Highly regret this place, although the staff were friendly when checking in and out and had no problem with that. Also, no shuttles from the airport at all-have to Lyft or Uber for $60 each way. Worst place ever. No wonder why it was sponsored on Travelocity.

Loved the unit we were staying in! Sunset beach was the best! Tiki bar, food, umbrellas, chairs, towels, and water sports, all so convenient! Plenty of pools to choose from. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Scoops and slices was convenient for a quick meal. I would definitely recommend to friends. Excellent family vacation!

The resort was incredible. Super clean and the staff was amazing. The room was way over what was expected. In the first five minutes we seen dolphins just outside our window! If you stay more than a couple of days you should bring your own food cuz it is very pricey on the resort. The farmers market on Tuesdays was very nice with food trucks and something for everyone. Over all I’d go back in a heartbeat!
