The receptionist welcomed us with smile room was clean got the best spot no waiting place was booked and kept our reservation intact Next door dining at "Bare Foot" very complementary service from Daniel Brown left unforgettable experience Must eat at this place Our beach experience was also top of the line with a guy forgot to ask his name but with him all the time responded to our need kindly at all time A magnificent experience Best place to say!!! ***

Likes: On the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants. Staff was great. Only one dislike: I didn't appreciate having to pay more money for the "resort fee". That should've been included in the total price. I didn't even see anything that looked like a resort.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was horrible. It was dirty, it stunk so bad we stayed out of it as much as possible and the AC didn't work well. The big gap under the door let the humidity in so the room felt damp. I will never stay there again

The manager went above and beyond to help me on our last day in Panama City. I have stage 4 cancer and I was very sick and could barely get out of bed and when I asked the front desk if I could have a late check out she couldn’t allow it because it was an extremely busy time for the music festival but she went above and beyond and spoke to the manager and he made an exception for me and allowed me a late check out of 1pm! It really helped me bc I was up all night with every symptom you could imagine. When I checked out he made a point to come meet me and ask if I was ok. It really touched me to know that there are still people in this world that care about total strangers. The next day I flew home and went straight to my cancer hospital for another cycle of chemotherapy. The room was amazing! It had 2 rooms with doors that led out to a huge balcony and a view of the gulf! One room was a living room/kitchen with a full size fridge and stove. Beautiful property, they even popped popcorn during the day and put out fresh fruit in the lobby. Even the small workout room had a view of the gulf. There is a pool and a hot tub and an area with games for kids. The staff was super friendly and they even called me to let me know my room was ready earlier then expected! If I can afford it I will definitely stay here next year!

Night shift staff at the front desk was rude. The young lady during day shift was very sweet. Housekeeper was friendly but never left toilet tissue. Elevators stop working often. Limited parking at the facility had to park elsewhere. Hot tub and pool was not clean. I was disappointed with the stay. Thank goodness there was other things to do to enjoy my family.

Arrived early, couldn't check in until 4pm, although other travelers in front of me got their rooms. Returned at 4pm to stand in a line for 45 minutes with only one person helping customers only to get a paper to fill out of personal information, then stood in line again for 45 minutes. Elevators went down due to a power outage? couldn't get my bags to my room until 7pm. floors were dirty, staff was rude, didn't clean our room once during the four night stay, had to ask to get toilet tissue and towels. I've been staying at that hotel for about 15 years multiple times a year, never again.

The overnight security guy from Jamaica was so people friendly and the staff were genuinely caring and everyone who works there at The Radisson at Panama City Beach,Fl. seem to have excellent etiquette and a heart for people.
